How to Maintain a Healthy Body Weight
Understanding that our life is too much involved in work, earning money, eating junk food keeping up the body in good shape should be the 1st priority in our daily schedule. Eat in intervals -  People with a busy lifestyle have a bad habit of not eating often enough which makes maintaining a healthy body weight very difficult. Make a habit of doing exercise evryday – Find an exercise or sport you like. Don’t simply start exercising. Experiment with different activities in different settings with different people until you find one you LOVE. There’s no such thing as the "best" exercise if you don’t do it often enough. Make friends with neighbors and coworkers – make friends that you notice exercising in the neighborhood or walking at lunch time. Take your lunch breaks with people that pack their lunch. They can encourage you, work out with you, and give you tips to stay the course when you want to quit.
